The Rule That Changes Your Plan
Mi Cocina does not take standard reservations. Seating is first come, first served, and groups must call the individual restaurant directly. For a concierge booking, that single fact governs everything.

For more than thirty years this has been the Tex-Mex gathering place Dallas actually agrees on: hand-dipped enchiladas that hold up, a Grouper Verde that has no business being this good at a Tex-Mex restaurant, and fish tacos reliable enough to turn first-timers into regulars.
Highland Park Village is the room to book for the see-and-be-seen version, and it is the one with the private Mezzanine. The patio is dog-friendly, and there is valet alongside a free lot.
