Thanksgiving at AT&T Stadium is the one date every year that stops being a football game and starts being a tradition with a kickoff time. This season it lands on November 26 against the Philadelphia Eagles, which is roughly the most Thanksgiving thing the schedule could have produced.
It is also the single hardest suite date of the year to get, and it goes earlier than people expect. Every season we field calls in early November from someone who assumed there would be something left. Occasionally there is. Usually there is not.
Why this one is different
The guest list changes. A regular Sunday is friends, colleagues, and whoever answered the group text. Thanksgiving is family, including the relatives who flew in and the ones who do not ordinarily care about football but would very much like to be somewhere warm with good food and a decent view.
That mix is exactly what a suite is good at. Grandparents get a comfortable seat and a room they can retreat into. The kids get room to move. Nobody is negotiating a concourse queue for a plate of anything. And the person who does care about football gets to watch it properly instead of refereeing the seating arrangement.
How the day runs
Doors open well before kickoff, which matters more on this date than any other. Arriving early turns the suite into the pregame rather than a place you rush into at the last minute. In-suite catering runs through the stadium, so the meal is handled and nobody spent the morning cooking.
The traffic into Arlington on Thanksgiving is its own event. We arrange transportation alongside the suite so the group arrives together and on time, which is the difference between starting the day relaxed and starting it having already had an argument about parking.
Which suite fits
For a family group with a wide age range, the Luxury Suite is usually the answer: comfortable seating, a private room, and enough space that people can drift between watching and talking. If the group came specifically to watch football, the Field Level Suite puts them level with the play. The Touchdown Suite is the one to ask about if you want the scoring to happen directly in front of you.
